Reserved a 50in tv over the phone, was given a reservation no. Was told take it by close of business the next day. my husband did the 29mile trip to Aberystwyth taking with him the all important no, not thinking to take identification with him but who else would have that reservation no? At the shop he was told he should have brought identification with him. Who but the person given the reservation no would know what it was for as nothing was written on it to say what it was and where it was for. He said come back when you got identification and you can take the tv. But as I said at the beginning it's 29 miles away and he was back at work at 5.30.

We are very unhappy with the service that we got and will not be shopping at currys.
