Good Points

My daughter and I like the quick change in fashions. Prices are good.


General Comments

Changing rooms at our local branch of MK One (Walkden, Manchester) are disappointing. They appear dirty, the walls need painting and the tatty old curtains are hanging off at the top, so anyone waiting can see right in!
I did mention this to a member of staff, but she just looked at me as if I was from another planet. (It's been like that for years now).
Also, I think the sizes are mad! We are both size 16 and find that most items don't go up to a 16. When they do, they are quite small, more like a 14. If we try the 18-24 range, the 18 is massive and definitely not just one size bigger than the 16. They seem to think that if you are a teenager, you are stick thin, and this is not always the case.

Apart from all those things I had to get off my chest, MK1 is great!

However, I am surprised that the problems with the changing rooms seem not to have been noted.
I think it would cost hardly anything to rectify it.
They also have a large communal changing area which no one uses, and only 3 cubicles, one of which has no curtain. On Saturdays this just causes queues.
