I ordered my item back in mid june, and i have yet to receive it. I have received pretty good customer service via email, but unfortunately I do not believe the information they have provided. The first time they sent the item, they made it sound like it was lost in transit (the tracking number never showed information), so apparently they sent out a replacement and still nothing. I am very upset that not only they ruined my boyfriend's birthday surprise but they also just tarnished my trust in them as a legitimate company. I asked for my money back, which they agreed on (in writing) but I have still received no refund after a few days. I will never use their services again nor recommend it to anyone.
