Good Points

Cabin staff helpful, left on time


Bad Points

Seats to close together, just no room for a long haul flight (9 hrs) Man to Sanford and this only causes problems with the people in front and behind when they or you tilt the seat. Only over head T.V's not in back of seat, so sore neck trying to look over seats and around heads in front, very 1980s.


General Comments

Take out as many rows of seats as ness to make life on board liveable. I would be more than happy to have paid the extra for seats removed. But perhaps it's to late now as we won't be flying with them again.
