Like most companies who remote sell any returns need to be posted back although a business account offers a free service for this.
General Comments
Always happy to give advise on faied items. I was dubious but have been proved wrong many a time. Would always recommend having a couple of spares in stock incase of any failed items which has happen both with ijts stock and original stock.
