Good Points
The way the bottom tray folds down.

Far too numerous to mention.

General Comments
Wish we had never bought this. We have had it about 24 months now and it has only worked properly for the first two months. We have had numerous thermostat, heating motor, card problems. We have had engineers out to it four times now but it still wont work properly. Drying has never been brilliant, probably due to the fact the heating system has never worked! It is now out of its extended warranty and hotpoint expect us to pay for the call outs and parts even though it still the same problems as when they first came out to it in November 2006! If we could chose again we would as this make and service stink!
