Customer Services, attitude on the phone, haven't received any reply to emails, still waiting on refund as of yet.
General Comments
Desk was broken when it arrived, tried contacting them and they did not seem interested in helping whatsoever. They appeared to suggest that it was my fault and I was given a number of excuses. I found this very annoying when I have paid for a desk which is faulty and asked for a replacement over 6 months ago and I am still waiting. I will never use them again.
