Setting up hosting required a phone.
This Sunday, August 2008. My site goes down as the SQL database can't connect, (Albeit the first time).
Over 30 minutes waiting on the phone for support. I gave up in the end. Support like that isn't good enough for me.
I'm migrating to a company that will gaurantee uptime and have more people manning the phones!
My advice: stay away from fasthosts if you have commerce websites, (Probably good for bloggers who don't sweat uptime).
