Good Points

Made me appreciate my food once I'd stopped the three day's, even normal dieting seems like a treat, but this gives your weight loss a boost when you need it to keep motivated to carry on.


Bad Points

Boring, usually go to bed quite hungry.


General Comments

I try and drink a can of pepsi max about 10 mins before i eat to make me feel fuller, i also try and SLOW down my eating, so you don't gobble it up, and it's gone and your still hungry, which is hard because usually by the time my meal comes round, I'm pretty hungry, try eating your meal with baby cutlery. Also, when i eat cauliflower because i don't really like the stuff, i steam it first, then dry fry it with cumin, only a little, and some garlic, salt and pepper, just makes it more palatable. Also, try and save your icecream for about 1/2 an hour after your meal, it will sustain the full feeling for longer.
