Excellent Customer Service, Good choice of phones and very good quality

Price plans a tad bit inflexible
General Comments
Virgin Mobile is an awesome network and I have had no problem with them whatsoever. Their customer service is good and they actually care about their customers.
I've found there are a few incomodities about their pay monthly bundles. Their minutes and text are a tad bit inflexible if your use varies month by month.
Overall I would give this network a 10/10. Much better than T-Mobile and 3 put together.
