Great to find a bargain, easy to use and youll find it difficult to find something thats not listed.
Bad Points
As a seller I find the fees too high, making it very difficult to profit on a commercial basis, sellers can no longer warn each other about bad customers using the feedback system which means all buyers are an equal risk. The customer service system works on a policy of avoiding answering any questions.
General Comments
More and more sellers are becoming disalusioned with Ebay due to its high fees and dictatorial rules many of which are unnecessary I feel, the constant changes for change sake become a headache after a short time and the need for all sellers to list paypal an ebay company as a method of payment whilst not allowing many other payment systems is one that the monopolies commission should look into. Ebay appears to now work against the small trader and there is a good probability that many will leave before the end of 2008. my advice try Ebid or Tazbar thats where most of the traders are going.
