Good Points

Really fast heat up and very good at making hair straight


Bad Points

After about eight months of often but not everyday use, plates blackened. A friend told me this was due to using styling products on hair before straightening but I don't think this could be the case for I don't use hair products as I think they damage hair more then blow drying or straightening do.


General Comments

I was very pleased with the Remington Wet2Straight Nano Gold Hair Straighteners when I first got them. My sister and my cousin went out after using mine and got their own pair.
As I said though the plates didn't stay clean and the same thing happened to both my sister's and cousin's.
I've had mine for about 2 years now and as the plates are wrecked I'm replacing them with hair tools thermo pink ones. I hope the plates last longer on those.
As my nano gold ones still work they will be put in the back of my wardrobe for emergency use.
