Good Points

Beautiful themed room beduion suite. Lovely hot tub not over looked, superb large spa bath. Quiet room. Good healthy organic breakfast - fry up available on request but no-one ordered one when we were there. Friendly staff, happy to provide us with a snack of organic soup and sandwiches at 8.40pm. Staff happy to book taxis for us (£3 to Bowness we found walk to far)


Bad Points

Didn't like the salt and pepper pots, need corks in the top took us ages to work out there were holes in the side lol!!
But hey if that's all we found bad then it cant be all that bad


General Comments

We think its a bit over priced at around £90 each per night (August) nice for something special, we would like to go more often but for price needs to be 25% less. Friendly staff nothing too much trouble, shown us a vacant room to look at. Doesn't serve evening meals but snacks are available and well presented. Lots a places to eat in bowness. We didnt use leisure facilities as these were at another hotel. The evening menu they show is at their other hotel in Windermere.
