Excellent entertainment. Children ( 5 and 3 ) really enjoyed. Too much extra to pay for - why was this introduced - everything used to be included once you had paid to stay. Very good shows. Staff were excellent especially with the children - although staff in Bob's Builders Yard were a bit miserable on times !!
Bad Points
Chalet ( Sliver Plus in Holdicote Village ) was FILTHY. We ask to see supervisor who asked us what we expected and offered no apology. This seems to let Butlins down as everything else was value but everything needed to be washed on return to get rid of chalet smell.
General Comments
On the whole excellent holiday - plenty to do - 5 days was enough but still didn't get round everything. Will be returning but wish they would CLEAN the accommodation with bleach. A tip if you have not been before take plenty of cleaning materials and one of your party go to the chalet first to give it a clean before the children arrive.
