General Comments

Having been to the Bluewater TGI's before and having had a terrible experience a couple of years ago, it might have been sensible to avoid. However, having erased from my mind this experience I convinced myself it wasn't so bad after all and to give it another go, how wrong I was. Nearly all of the problems I had encountered before happened again. Being stuck on a table placed in the gangway to the kitchens, although visiting at around half twoish both times (after peak time), still tables looked filthy from a few hours ago, food took a long time to arrive as did waiters to take orders, given wrong order only to have to wait for a long time to find a waiter to tell, disappointed with the food.
