Well does not matter how cheap if you don't get your flight and no refund


General Comments

Wizzair have also cancelled our flights at least informing us by telephone. We were due to travel to Krakow from B'mouth. However when we tried to call, they said, could not put in writing, could not put through to a manager and would refund our money minus the bus transfers which we booked with them. When we emailed we got the same response, can not reply within 30 days, not hopeful of any refund, but paid by credit card, so should be protected.
Best of luck to any of you who book with them, they may be cheap but customer care is disgusting.
