Good Points

Easy to order from the site, good prices for most items


Bad Points

Disappointed with customer/aftercare service.
Wrong item delivered, staff did not seem to care at all.


General Comments

I bought a Baby Walker, but a baby highchair was delivered.
When i tried to complain over the phone it seemed as though no-one cared at all. It seemed as if once I had bought an item from them it was then my problem. Anyway hours later an email was sent to me saying another walker would be arriving in a few days.
I felt this was poor service from such a store.

Told them to refund my money plus delivery charges as it was their mistake.
