General Comments
Our plane was delayed by 12 hours due to problems with both airplanes that were due to fly us home. The staff were very unhelpful, there was no one on hand to represent Onur Air until 4am in the morning (10 hours in) and we were only offered a drink and a slice of pizza each! No information was given to the passengers and the only way that we knew that the expected time of the plane kept changing was by looking at the board. We will never be using Onur Airlines again. We were disgusted with the lack of service that we received. Dalaman Airport food was extortionate - £11 for a Macdonalds or £36 for a KFC bucket!!!!
