Bad Points

Very, very, very slow at sending documents out that you need - I am still waiting for mine!


General Comments

I am waiting to tax my car which runs out in 2 days and can't do it without a cover note to say they've renewed my insurance. They said it would arrive Tuesday - it didn't. Then Wednesday - it didn't. So I called again, they said they'd posted it first class but I never got it. They said they'd email me it as well so I could at least tax my car, but I waited 24 hours and no email. I've called them today and they're promising the email before 8pm tonight - so it will have taken them 48 hours (if I get it) to email me an urgent document. What is going on with these people?
