Good Points

The packaging and the actual product was attractive


General Comments

The straighteners did not straighten my hair properly. It took absolutely ages to warm up and even when I think it has finally heated up and is ready to use it isn't. I have to run the straighteners on a section of hair lots of times in order to straighten the section properly. The ceramic coating wore off easily and so did the outside logo. I was really disappointed with this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
