Good Points

Only 2 weeks left to go till I'm finished the course.

Bad Points

Have had terrible dreams, sleepness nights and been depressed for last 2 weeks - had them before but not as bad as now. Terrified really of what I'm going to feel like when course is finished and how to cope.

General Comments

Was smoking for 31 years - up to 40 fags per day. Have quite before for 9 mths using hypnosis...... Possibly should go back for hypnosis at end of this course - it may help me keep going. Have cravings every day but have not given in at all....... Been keeping busy - house is spotless, family loves all the extra baking, sewing etc. That's on top of work........ Getting pretty run down actually but still determined to keep going.
HAS ANYONE OUT THERE FINISHED THE COURSE YET? How did you go when you were off the pills?
Any advice appreciated.
Cheers to all and good work.
