General Comments

A few weeks ago i purchased some items from MK one, the store i was purchasing them from had no changing rooms so there was no way to try them on. I was also told that they were true to size by the person who served me at the till. I took them home, tried them on and found that one of them did not fit, and the other had a button missing. A few days later I went back to a different shop and told them that i wanted a refund. Straight away i was told no and was directed to a sign saying NO REFUNDS GIVEN. I told the member of staff that there was no notice in the branch where i got the items, and about the lack of changing rooms. i was then told 'I'm sure they'll have the sign up'. I then said i would take this further. I was later asked to send the items off to the Mk one head office so that i would be given a refund. so i sent them off, waited a week and they were back in the post, with a letter saying 'sorry we can't give you any help this time', with this i phoned the head office, i was told that i had to go to both stores and arrange an appointment with the managers to discuss the issues. I told them that i am now at the end of my tether and then they apparently hung up on me.
