Good Points

Works great right out of the box. Does a terrific job at cleaning dog stains.


Bad Points

Doesn't work well long. After about ten hours of use, the spinner won't spin any more and no water is pumped from the holding tank onto the carpet.


General Comments

The Bissell 1698 PowerSteamer ProHeat is a great machine, but the durability is very poor. Their engineers need to design an stronger pump/belt or whatever system it is that pumps water out of the holding tank and onto the carpet. Something this expensive should work properly for longer than ten hours.
