We travelled from NY to Washington and back on the first trip. I had booked it from UK and was surprised to find I only had to pay 29p plus when we got on we were given a plastic purse with a dollar in change, each, so they paid us to travel!
Bad Points
There were problems at both ends when we tried to contact the office to confirm times etc.
General Comments
We have no experience of Megabus UK but the coach we travelled on in America was comfortable and had good airconditioning and the toilet was better than on many planes.
