Fast Zoom ------- so you don't MISS that -- S H OT !!! Superb lens for Macro and excellent colour ----- when properly set !!!
Bad Points
Not always clear when subject is in focus and the battery charge level is not very accurate ! Highlights tend to blow on nominal E.V. ------ but easily balanced by reducing E.V. by 1/3 or even 2/3 stop value ! Just takes a little experience !
General Comments
The Ricoh Caplio R6 is the best camera I have ever used for quick use and the only one that I carry with me all the time ! I leave it set at what I consider optimum all round values ------ thus saving time , and I only have to use the "trim" adjust button to suit occasionally ! Some people hate having to spend any time discovering what a camera can really do when familiar with ALL its settings !!! Such a pity !!!!!!!
