Good Points

Nice water feature outside, no queue at entrance desk.


Bad Points

1. Changing rooms that allow people to walk in their outdoor shoes while others are in bare feet, floors dirty and no sign of any cleaners.
2. Lots of broken lockers.
3. People walking in outdoor shoes in the swimming area.
4. Food bar next to swimming pool. Saw people dropping food and drink into the swimming areas. No apparent control where people walk and eat.
5. Queues for all rides were so huge we gave up.
6. The outside pool was too cold for the outdoor temperature.
7. Pool did not look like it had been cleaned in a long while.
8. Nobody is forced to have a shower before entering the pool area.


General Comments

The whole experience was so bad for my family and I after we drove 60 miles to hopefully have a wonderful time.
For the 'UK's number one Tropical Indoor Aqua Park' I would hate to see the UK's number two.
The Aqua park looked so dated and cramped that we only stayed for 20 minutes. It was the worst £35 we have ever spent.
We will not be returning to 'Water world'.
