I feel I experienced unreliable, poor customer service (email and phone).


General Comments

I placed the order with Who Blackpool in April. In May I just got an envelope with an invoice copy which Who Blackpool tried to explain as being the ordered items! (I could verify this having saved the envelope with its track reference.) Emailed and phoned them several times without receiving any response to my inquiries. Only about every 10th phone call I made was ever answered personally. Several times my phone call was apparently hung up on.

Not having received any ordered items by end of July I cancelled my order and claimed a refund of the money I had paid in April. After 4 weeks Who Blackpool has finally informed me that they will not return my money nor send any ordered items to me!

Luckily I think Who Blackpool seems to belong to a very small minority as most UK based web shops are reliable with fast delivery and good customer service.
