Good Points

Nice range of products at the time we went into store about 10 weeks before our wedding.


General Comments

First of all we were sat in front of a seemingly miserable lady who appeared not to speak much English or spell the simplest of words, we had to help her enter the details on the screen. She entered my wife's name wrong and it was published to the list incorrectly. Next we got 4 phone calls (3 in one afternoon) to confirm delivery of our cases for our honeymoon. I had to call them to stop calling me. When they delivered them there was one missing, genius! However they sent it parcel force and it came next day. When we returned from our honeymoon we found that many of the product lines had been cancelled and most of our 'purchased' items were out of stock and everything was converted to gift vouchers. We went in to take a look and didn't like any of the new range. We did not receive a call to indicate this had happened and we were told that it was our responsibility to tell our whole family this was the case. Even though they said they will try to source them from another branch it may take weeks. You can build a house in weeks, what do they do all that time? Not happy at all, family are upset too.
