Good Points

Great website with internet banking. Helpful, friendly staff at the end of a phone in UK 24/7 whenever you need more.


Bad Points

Can't think of any!


General Comments

I too have banked with First Direct for years (more than I can remember). They provide a great personal service and if anything does go wrong (so rare it's like hens' teeth), they sort it without bother.

They keep the internet banking site up to date and listen to their cusomers suggestions and comments.

I would not bank anywhere else. So, HSBC - keep First Direct separate and the best banking service available.
