Good Points

Delivery and start date on time.


Bad Points

Badly fitted units. Leaks. Door handles not aligned.


General Comments

Work started on time in March. After completion the Manager and surveyor found so many faults they said they would replace everything that was faulty. One fitter arrived for 2 days. Since then - it is almost September - we are still waiting for our kitchen to be finished. I feel absolutely disgraced and as though I have not been given a decent service. I would never recommend Magnet to anyone.
