The Email which had details of the order and a link to the Courier


General Comments

The camera arrived late and they said that I should reclaim my postage and any compensation from Buyacamera.
However on talking to Buyacamera to explain the situation, the employee I spoke to seemed completely unfriendly and unsympathetic to me and did not appear accommodating at all. Also he sounded very questionable about giving out information regarding a manager as I wished to write a formal complaint. Finally, the camera arrived and it had been opened by Buyacamera - they said 'to check that everything was there'. There were scratches on the screen.
