I ordered tickets of Seatwave for Leeds festival (early entry and weekend camping) the early entry arrived a week before the event which i was pleased with and was due to travel on a Wednesday. The Monday before the weekend camping tickets still had not arrived so i phoned them to ask where they were and the said they would not be delivered until the Thursday. I explained this was too late as i had early entry and needed them before the Wednesday. I phoned them numerous times on the Monday as they promised they would phone back but never did. Then they said worst case senario the tickets would be delivered on Wed before 9am. I phoned the next day to confirm this and they said that they couldn't deliver the tickets until Thurs again so they said that they would send a represenatative to meet me at Leeds. They gave a name and mobile number and trusted that the representative would be there as they had promised.
So on the wednesday i phone the number and the member of staff said he was told to meet me Thursday. I phoned Seatwave literally 15 times that day whilst i watched everyone else queue to get into the festival. I spoke to several memmbers of staff and they promised me that someone else would come to meet me. Phoned all day from 12pm till 7pm until i was told the woman who found another seller to meet me had gone home for the day and had left no details so i would have to get them on the Thurs. I and 2 other friends had to put all of our spending money and sell items of value to buy more tickets just to get into the campsite. Seatwave promised 150% refund would go in my bank the next day so i thought i would have money to live off. The next day no money had gone into my bank so i actually had to go home. They then said that it would take 3 - 5 working days. That was one week ago and the money still is not in my bank.
