Slow delivery, dead plants, customer service
General Comments
I waited three weeks to receive my order from www.crocus.co.uk and when it finally arrived the plants were almost dead.
Customer Services seemed very slow to address the problem and I eventually received a refund, six weeks after my order was placed.
