Customer service is quick and friendly, easy to follow website, choice. Easy to use as a seller too, even though 10% is deducted they make it so easy to seel, and they send you a sellers pack with pre-paid special delivery. Ticket integrity protects the buyer.
Obviously the amount payable, BUT these tickets are sold by independent people, see Seatwave as an ebay 'buy it now' site. They don't set the prices!
In my opinion all of these reviews are not fair on Seatwave as they just promote individual sellers. For as long as people are prepared to pay over the odds when they missed the general sale then Seatwave will remain strong.
