The instructors are really helpful and the horses are obviously well loved and looked after.
None!
We were on holiday in St Ives and went for a one-hour trek around the beautiful countryside. We (two adults, two children aged 9 and 6) were complete novices but were treated with respect and offered advice all the time. The instructors were kind and helpful and the girls who lead our children's ponies were lovely, and obviously loved the horses very much. The centre might not be the most stylish place, but the money you pay is obviously spent where it should be - on the welfare of the horses and the fantastic instructors. I cannot recommend the Trekking Centre enough - well done and thanks for a great experience.
