Punctual delivery.
Poor customer service.
I ordered 3 Blueberry plants from Ideal World at the same time as QVC. Ideal World provided some granular feed in a clear sealed bag. When I queried what was in it they couldn't tell me. I then asked what would happen if a child swallowed these granules and I need to know what chemicals were inside and if they were dangerous. They couldn't tell me or could not provide me with where I can find the information.
One year on and all the plants died from both suppliers. I suspect that it was IW ericaceous granular feed used on all the plants. I have since been informed that this is not good for pot plants. QVC have offered me a replacement free of charge. Ideal world say that they don't offer any deals on plants as they are perishable. Perhaps we shouldn't buy any plants from them as they are all perishable!
