Very easy to use and user friendly
Freezes.
Have to reboot every other day.
Misses recordings due to corrupt files.
Cant cope with forward and rewind speeds.
Jumps back to start of program when fast forwarding.
It really is a shame as this is a very easy to use machine but unfortunatley all the up dates are to enhance features but only seem to add other faults. They need to get to basics and sort out what the real problems are and this would be the best machine on the market, but due its unreliable basic faults I could not recommend it. Lets hope Thomson read these reviews and realise customer satisfaction is everything, all we want is the recorder to do what it says on the tin.
