Sorry but I can't think of any
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Goods not received, did not receive any return phone calls, no one has seemed to take ownership of the problem, money debited from credit card although goods not despatched.
Item in question was a sofa, so not cheap. I spent 2 days making several phone calls to John Lewis and the courier after it did not turn up on the arranged date. Standard reply was 'I will speak to the relevant department and they will get back to you'. I did not receive a return call.
