Reliable broadband, my son and I use it a fair bit on our laptops and have to say rarely a problem.
Customer Service can be bit off if anything changes - such as my bank details changed and they immediately wrote me a letter as they hadn't had their monthly direct debit. After some discussion they dropped the extra charges. Can also be a bit pedantic about any other changes. I got married recently and they insisted I had to send them the original marriage certificate in order for them to update my surname, other companies, such as utilities haven't been so 'niggeldy', I think it's a bit OTT.
I was with Wanadoo and they were fab (great customer service), but Orange too them over a couple of years ago. Their broadband service is pretty reliable, their customer service is okay too (very helpful) just old-fashioned.
I'm about to move home, leaving orange broadband here with my son, would like to find a reliable phone/broadband package that is good but doesnt cost a fortune.
