Cheapish.
2 digital channels.
Digital receiver is poor quality.
Software is hopeless - machine can crash up to 5 times a day.
Fails to record some programs for no reason.
Slow and hard to use.
The manual for my Thompson digibox says if you are having 'technical problems', to turn the power off and on, to reboot. I have needed to do this up to 5 times a day. The major problems seems to be when deleting old recordings.
But the software is not only unreliable - its hard to use and slow.
I have an old Sony digital receiver on the same antenna - and the quality of the picture is 5 times better.
