side effects are easing now

insomia at night, sleepiness in the day, mood swings, depression

General Comments

im on day 18, of no cigarettes - so thats day 26 overall. the side effects are easing but i do feel quite low. on teh other hand, ive convinced myself that this is short term and nothing compared to the heartache i could cause by getting a serious illness from continuing to smoke! am going to keep at it! sense of smell is ridiculously sensitive now too!
