General Comments

We have only had this LG Flatron 775FT monitor out of it's box for a few days and have been delighted with its image sharpness, overall brightness and performance. We have another computer system and this system was bought as a secondary system. On the other system we have a Sony Trinitron 17' flat screen monitor and we didn't want to spend that amount of money on a second monitor so we 'settled' for the cheaper LG Flatron 775FT. We were amazed the LG is just a good as the Sony for less money. The max screen res on the Sony is higher, who can even read what's on the screen at the highest res unless you are playing games so the LG max res is sufficient. The LG has brighter, sharper, clearer images and has no problem using it's highest screen res as the Sony starts to shake when you put it on it's max screen res. After using this monitor I would never swap it for the sony even if the price was the same. This is a great monitor and is priced well. The anti-glare they have put on this screen works like a charm. I have this monitor set up beside a sliding glass door and would have real trouble viewing dark images if the anti-glare didn't work.
