Always prompt, Great customer care and never had a problem with them.
Sometimes they can deliver a little later than hoped but every courier service is the same.
I really can not see where people are having problems with City Link Parcel Delivery Service. I have been using these to take deliveries from an online company for a couple of years now with never a fault, no missed deliveries, very few late deliveries and always careful with the goods no matter if they are marked as fragile or not.
I live out in the country side and my house isn't the easiest to find when relying on GPS systems as they say my house is further down the road yet City Link have very rarely had a late delivery or even a missed delivery for that matter, what's more is I more often than not have a full City Link employee doing the drop-off in a fully marked van and they are always polite and well mannered to say the least.
Never had a problem with these guys and am very surprised to hear that oh so many others have, but as already mentioned by someone else, people are more likely to find forums and review sites when they have something to moan about instead of when they have something to praise about.
