Great looking air rifle. Can't stop looking at it. Lovely stock and deep bluing. Shoots great with aussie made EXP pointed pellets at 14gr. Well balanced and great trigger!
Can't fault it except the fact it doesn't come with a recoil stop block like the Gamos. You'll probably need to use a one piece mount, and i used VHB (very hgh bond) tape on the dovetail rails and rings, and loctite 243 thread-locker on all the screws. This eliminated creep i got with the two-piece mounts, very irritating. None the less with this rectified it shoots wonderfully.
Cometa Fenix 400 is a beautiful gun. Go buy one. Very powerful! I haven't got a confirmed kill yet (my hunting buddy threw a dead fox at me while i was lining up for a head shot on a rabbit, ended up hitting it in the lower spine, i think, and it got away... i definitely remember seeing a lot of damaged tissue as it rolled back down the hole!) Anyway, it's a great gun and with a one piece mount and good scope it is very accurate and capabe!
