There are no good points
Extremely disappointed with the product and the company.
Ordered my room set in May and told it was in stock. Arrived end of August at 5 pm they finished installing it at 8pm! Waited in all day. The cot bed, I was told was out of stock but other items were also missing. On inspection the furniture is at least 3 different colours, the finish is disappointing and each item appears to be damaged. Fortunately I didn't buy direct from the company so have been backed by the retailer (who I haven't paid). The reports coming from the delivery guys were worrying - they said that the original fitters have gone bust and all the stock is being kept in a warehouse in Essex. I've been told, by the retailer, that Tutti Bambini will come and collect my furniture - when who knows but I'm giving them a strict deadline then its outside as I've ordered more furniture from Mamas and Papas and delivery is in 7 days.
