Customer service
I'm writing from Spain, Canary Islands. I have made 7 orders with ASOS by now and, although they confirm that they ship to Canary Islands, only one of my orders have arrived to my house, other two I had to give them an address from a friend in the mainland and the other four orders have been returned to them, that's what they said, because nobody picked up the parcel. I don't even think that the parcel arrived to Spain and there is no evidence of an attempted delivery in any of these occasions. No tracking number and although they have made a total refund, when I have tried to reorder my items most of them there are out of stock. I can find no phone number to contact and the only answer I have received after 4 e-mails is a semi automatic message telling me that they don't know exactly the reason why my parcels were returned to them. I just want to know who is making the mistake.
