I cancelled an order but was still showing in my account on the website. Called their helpline and spoke to one of their agents who confirmed the cancel button doesn't work and it has been broken like this for some time. The first person I spoke to said the order could not be cancelled even manually. I upped the anti and demanded to speak to somebody senior who was magically able to do what I wanted.
