General Comments

The Cathay Pacific customer service is very poor. The US Centralized Reservations Number doesn't work, I have trying to reach them from past two day. My wife with my two kids(3 & 10 years old) were literally held in Honk Kong airport who arrived from Bangalore and supposed to take a flight (CX 888) to JFK, US. But CP claim they need a Canada Visa to take that flight though the Boarding pass has been issued in Bangalore and I travelled in the same flight without any issues and I don't have any Canada Visa on my passport and I don't understand why the issue has been raised for her and especially in between her journey. Cathay Pacific staff didn't even provide her with accommodation and asked her stay her in the Airport itself for a duration of 20 hrs to catch her next flight and reason they claim is that, we procured the tickets from an agent and from them directly. With all this situation i am in big dilemma to trace my wife's situation as even she is not carrying money with her as she thought she may not require any money which was a mistake. I have been trying the New York office number - and the number doesn't seem to work.
I really don't understand what need to be done and just pray God to get them safely here and not to give this kind of situation to anybody else.
