Bad Points

I feel there is little choice, if I find a shoe I like they never seem to have the right size. In my opinion, the shoes seem cheaply made and the fitting poor.


General Comments

When my daughter was small I had a couple of pairs seemingly badly fitted, I didn't return as a customer until recently now she is 9 and I have a son of 5. Alas, now have had another bad experience where the machine measured a half size wrong for her and then my son was fitted a whole size wrong apparently just because they didn't have his size and they said it would be ok to go up a size and down a width. I feel it is disappointing that they trade of a brand name which has been around for so long but yet I have experienced apparently poorly trained staff. I am now going back to Start Rite!
