Good Points

Lots of tickets on the site for Madonna Cardiff 23/08/08.

Bad Points

Poor coms, didn't arrive until the day before event forcing me to re-arrange travel plans. The site said tickets arrive 5 days before the event or "in good time." No email to say they had been sent, when i logged on to site and it still said "awaiting delivery." After i got them, customer service rubbish!

General Comments

The seemed very uninterested when I rang and said tickets hadn't arrived, and i must change travel plans. Wrong tickets sent, i bought 2 for block U32 and they sent block U12. I wouldn't use this site again ...ever! Recommed staying away, it's too stressful waiting and not knowing what's going on.
